We send a warm welcome to Troy Townley, our new Product Specialist for SIGMA Polymer Enclosures, covering Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Western Tennessee. Based in the Baton Rouge, LA area, Troy brings 20 years of experience in the waterworks and enclosures sales sector. He is passionate about customer relationships, and sums up his approach to sales and service in one word: “Personal. I know that relationships are the cornerstone of this business. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and I understand the value of sitting with someone and having a conversation to understand their problems and their pain points so I can offer solutions. I really prioritize face-to-face meetings and for that reason, I spend a lot of time on the road making personal visits.”
Southwest Regional Sales Manager Greg McAdams comments on the hire: “SIGMA Waterworks is devoting considerable resources to the Polymer Enclosures Division and making investments to ensure that our customers across the country are serviced efficiently. By bringing Troy on board, we are increasing our capacity in this region and we will be better able to meet specs, tailor products to particular municipalities, and respond quickly.”
Troy holds a Business Degree from Southeastern University. When he is not serving SIGMA Waterworks customers in the South, he travels with his wife, and spends his leisure time with his four children and four grandchildren. An accomplished musician, Troy plays guitar, standup bass and piano, and he also enjoys hunting and fishing.
